Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed and delivered by MLE INVESTMENTS & PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LTD.

1. Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, public holidays, promotional events, or if additional order verification is required.

2. Delivery Estimates

We currently offer FREE Standard Delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery times are usually:

  • Free UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • Large or bulk orders: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier performance, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

3. Free Delivery Policy

We provide free standard shipping on all eligible UK orders.

There are no additional delivery charges added during checkout for standard UK deliveries unless otherwise stated for special delivery requests.

For exceptionally large commercial orders or deliveries requiring special handling, additional delivery arrangements may be discussed with the customer before dispatch.

4. Courier Disclaimer

We use trusted third-party courier and parcel delivery services to fulfil orders.

Once an order has been dispatched and transferred to the courier, delivery performance is outside our direct control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • courier operational delays
  • severe weather conditions
  • public holidays
  • peak seasonal demand
  • industrial action
  • transportation disruptions
  • incorrect customer information
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where possible, we will assist customers by communicating with the courier and providing available delivery updates.

5. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied:

  • delivery may be delayed
  • the parcel may be returned to us
  • additional re-delivery charges may apply
  • refunds may be reduced where costs have already been incurred

If you notice an address error, please contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.

6. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, customers will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details.

Please note:

  • tracking updates may not appear immediately after dispatch
  • some delivery services provide limited tracking visibility
  • tracking information is dependent on the courier’s systems
