We are a UK-based business supplying hotel slippers and related hospitality products.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Payments must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods available on the website. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only, unless otherwise stated on the website.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance, public holidays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.
If a parcel is delayed, missing, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact the customer where possible. Additional delivery charges may apply if re-dispatch is required.
